Allegro Ritmico is a ceiling lamp designed for the well-known Italian lighting company Foscarini. The creative form was developed in 2007 by the design trio Atelier Oi from Switzerland and consists of many narrow aluminum tubes painted in graphite. They are held in place by small rings attached to the round metal frame. The Allegro Ritmico pendant light is also available in a smaller version, Allegretto Ritmico.
The two bulbs emit both directional and diffused light, and the thin tubes cast dazzling shadows across the room. The three lamps in the series serve as a striking detail both in the home and in public places.
