Quaderna is a range of tables, consoles and benches by Zanotta, designed by Superstudio in 1970. The tables are seemingly simple in design, each consisting of three components, two side pieces and a top. They are entirely covered in white laminate printed in a black check pattern that gives Quaderna its characteristic style. The well-defined balance struck between form, function and design expression has made the range very popular. Quaderna won gold at the M.I.A. International Exhibition in 1971 and can be seen in most design museums around the world.
