The peeling knife from Yaxell in the ZEN series is the smallest knife in the kitchen, perfect for peeling fruit and vegetables and other precision work. It can be used in the air, for example when peeling onions, or against the cutting board to cut smaller ingredients. Yaxell Zen is an award-winning knife series, where the chef's knife has won Aftonbladet's big knife test three years in a row. The blades consist of 37 layers of steel, with a core of hard VG10 steel and outer layers of softer steel. This construction gives the knives a sharp edge, extreme strength and rust resistance.
