Yaxell Super Gou Ypsilon is an exclusive series of knives with blades that consist of 193 layers of steel. The core consists of Japanese powder steel SG2, known for its high carbon content and hardness that provides an extremely sharp edge. The blade has 192 layers of rust-resistant steel, 96 layers on each side, with a beautiful damask pattern. The degree of hardness is 63 HRC. The black micarta handle has antibacterial properties and is decorated with a chrysanthemum.
