The drag cable is an accessory for the NOHRD SlimBeam from the brand WaterRower. It allows for weight and resistance adjustments during strength training. The SlimBeam is equipped with a standard 3:1 cable system, meaning one-third of the set weight is lifted. The cable can be upgraded to 2:1 or 1:1 for increased resistance. Retrofitting the cable is possible with simple manual adjustments.
