Böste Lounge Chair is designed by Stefan Borselius for Skargaarden. The design language of the lounge chair is inspired by the small village of the same name right by the sea almost as far south as you can get in Sweden. The outdoor chair is a modern and Scandinavian design interpretation of the classic Adirondack chair that first appeared in Adirondack, on the border between the states of New York and Vermont, about a hundred years ago. The lounge chair is made of teak and stainless steel. Like a sea-polished stone, the armchair has rounded edges and soft shapes. It can be left outside all year round and will turn a beautiful silver gray color over the years. The armrests are wide enough to fit perfectly as small tables for a wine glass, a bowl or a book.
