Sabre Paris kitchen

Sabre Paris was founded in 1993 by Francis Gelb, who grew up in France in a family of goldsmiths. Even at a young age, he had a keen interest in details and the aesthetics of the table setting. Francis wanted to combine meticulous craftsmanship with his love of colour, form and materials. After seven years in the family goldsmith business, Sabre Paris was founded in partnership with Habitat, the UK's leading home furnishings chain. The first collection was called Sabre and after a short time Francis decided to invest in his own cutlery collection, which was the start of a big venture.

Exclusive cutlery in a colourful design

When Francis married his wife Pascal, it was a further step in the development of Sabre Paris. Together they have created inspiring collections for every occasion with a strong focus on creativity and quality craftsmanship. The team wanted to challenge the traditional table setting. By drawing on the basics, cleverly adding colour, form and function, the result is a contemporary but bold range. The aim is to elevate the table setting and create joy, elegance and inspiration.

In the Sabre Paris range you will find cutlery and kitchen accessories such as cheese slicers, small knives and teaspoons. All products are handmade in the company's own workshop in France. Sabre Paris cutlery collections are designed to work equally well as a unified set or to be combined together; the company's mix-and-match concept has revolutionized the world of classic tableware.
