Blue Fluted Mega Plate 27 cm from Danish Royal Copenhagen combines a high recognition factor with a surprisingly fresh design. This reinterpretation of the classic blue ribbed pattern highlights certain details, but retains the hand-painted technique to preserve the unique and vibrant blue effect. The pattern was created by young design student Karen Kjældgård-Larsen in 2000, marking the start of a new chapter for the famous hand-painted pattern. The Blue Fluted Mega has once again become an icon, as an expression of historical authenticity and creative innovation. The collection originally contained eight different designs. On the back of your Mega product you will find a number that identifies the pattern on that particular part.
