Rudi is a series of ceiling lamps designed by designer Lukas Loop for American Roll Hill. The lamps are named after Peet's father, who was a jeweller. His father's jewellery is also the inspiration behind the shape of Rudi. The innovative design adds a playful feel to the room, and the simple design makes it feel both classic and elegant. The lamp's interesting design makes it equally at home lit or extinguished.
The body of the Rudi Loop 02 is made of a curved metal tube in polished brass attached to a cathode ray tube. This gives a warm and soft glow when the lamp is lit. It hangs by its cord, which is tied by hand around the metal tube. The round ceiling bracket is in polished brass.
