Swell Sofa 2 Seater, designed by Swedish designer Jonas Wagell for Normann Copenhagen, is a robust yet minimalist two-seater sofa with a playful and relaxed feel. The sofa's frame is made of solid wood plywood and is equipped with Nozaq suspension, with HR 38 cold foam in the seat and HR 35 cold foam in the back and armrests. To ensure optimal comfort, it also has a layer of extra soft S25 cold foam. The legs are made of painted ash.
The design is characterized by Scandinavian simplicity with a clean and uncomplicated design, freed from superfluous details. Still, Swell is rich in character and personality; its soft, rounded shapes are not only inviting but also exceptionally comfortable. The name Swell alludes to the shape of rising bread, which is reflected in the robustly upholstered back and seat, as well as the curved armrests.
