Fiber Bar Stool was designed in 2017 by Iskos-Berlin for Muuto of Denmark. The bar chair is a taller version of the original Fiber chair and has a seat height of 65 cm. The design of the backrest provides a comfortable seat for the user who should be able to sit comfortably for a lengthy period of time. The composite shell comes in a choice of five colors, or with a padded and covered seat in cognac or black aniline leather by Camo. The base is made of solid oak and comes in a color to match the seat.
The Iskos-Berlin design duo created the Fiber range with the idea of adding comfort and usability in one. The bar stool is suitable for use both around the kitchen in the home and in public settings such as cafés and restaurants.
