Flame Damascus Nakiri from Mcusta / Zanmai is a Japanese vegetable chopper with 15.5 cm blade. The blade consists of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 steel. The red pakkawood handle offers a comfortable grip and is fitted with three rivets, one of which is decorated with mosaics. The flat end of the handle is handy for crushing garlic and similar tasks in the kitchen. An elegant and reliable knife for precision work in the kitchen.
