Sander Table is a glass table designed in 2010 by Chris Martin for Massproductions. The side table is entirely made of hand-blown glass. The conical base has been formed using a form of steel, while the table top is made of tempered furniture glass. The tempered furniture glass gives the tabletop a unique feel as it is a mixture of industrial glass and handmade glass. Using UV-cured glue, Sander Table's round table top is attached to the top of the base. In order for it to be a durable solution, a special glue has been used which is stronger than the glass itself.

When developing the Sander Table, designer Chris Martin was really put to the test. This as he believes that glass is a fascinating material that is clear, clean and uncomplicated visually. But when it has to be designed, it is extremely demanding as there are many rules and restrictions to be adhered to. The result is a modern small table which, thanks to its size, is perfect for placing next to the sofa or armchair in the living room or why not next to the bed in the bedroom?
