Now launching Relief – a modular series of dressers and hook strips, designed by the award-winning TAF Studio for Swedish String Furniture. The flexible series makes it possible to customize the furnishings for your home.
Discover our recent launch from String Furniture, Relief, designed by TAF Studio. The modular system can be combined in various ways and works equally well as storage, room dividers, or organization.
The products are offered in three sizes and five colors, designed to be combined both in terms of size and appearance in a variety of ways. Choose anything from a harmonious beige shade to a bold, orange hue.
All parts of the dresser modules, including the back, are painted in the same color, designed to be placed anywhere in a room – whether it is a wall-mounted storage space or a centrally placed room divider.
Combine the efficient hook strips with the dresser system for optimized storage and a unified impression. Match colors or create contrast for a unique and personal touch.
Meet the designers and interior architects, Gabriella Lenke and Mattias Ståhlbom, who have run TAF Studio since 2002. Over the years, they have collaborated with a range of Swedish and international brands, as well as designed many notable exhibitions and interiors. They often approach their tasks with innovation and a touch of humor, and place great emphasis on every detail.
Relief is not their first collaboration with String Furniture – they are also the designers behind the shelf Museum NM&.045 as well as the table Museum Sidetable – exclusively designed for the reopening of the Nationalmuseum in 2019 and an exhibition at Svenskt Tenn.
The iconic Orchestra Chair was originally designed in 1931 by the Swedish architect Sven Markelius, and is now launched by NO GA in close collaboration with the Markelius family. At the same time NO GA also lunch the dining table Nockeby, designed by Markelius for his own house in 1930.

Paul T. Frankl (1886–1958) designed a series of sofa tables for the Michigan-based Johnson Furniture Company in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The low, biomorphic-shaped tables were sold as “cocktail tables,” a modernized version of the conventional coffee table. Now three of them - Amoeba, Big foot and Plectrum - are being launched by NO GA in close collaboration with the Paul T. Frankl Estate.
