All-purpose knife 15 cm from KAI in the Wasabi series works as an all-round knife and is ideal for cutting meat and fish. The handle combines bamboo powder and polypropylene for optimal hygiene, thanks to bamboo's natural antibacterial properties. The blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel 1K6. The knife combines the functions of a meat cleaver and a chef's knife, and is used to decapitate and fillet fish, cut through small bones and skin, debon poultry and cut meat. It is ground on one side of the blade and is smooth and precise, making it suitable for most kitchen tasks. The traditional design with grinding on one side and a slightly curved knife edge keeps delicate foods intact and allows them to release quickly from the blade.
