18x18 is a wall and ceiling lamp from German Ingo Maurer. The lampshade is made of powder coated aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic. The two swivel joints make the lamp flexible and thanks to its minimalist look and thin materials, the lamp almost looks heavy. The 18x18 resembles a sheet of paper and can be placed on the wall or ceiling. Choose between dimmer switches on the cord or without. Ingo Maurer presented the lamp for the first time at Euroluce 2015.
The same series also includes 2x18x18 which have two shades for one, similar to the 18x18, the higher version also has the minimalist look that is emphasized by the paper-like shades. The 2x18x18 can also be used as a pendant light or a swing lamp.
