Hee Dining Chair is a dining chair from the Danish brand HAY designed by Hee Welling. The chair consists of a metal wire in galvanized steel which makes it resistant to rust and perfect for outdoor use. The steel has been powder-coated and is available in Asphalt Gray, Fall Green, Rust, Black, and White. The Hee Dining Chair can be used in several ways, for example, as chairs on your patio or by gathering several pieces in a row at conferences and other events. The series also includes the Hee Lounge Chair.
Danish designer Hee Welling founded his own studio in Copenhagen in 2003. His designs are recognized by their relaxed elegance and sense of proportion. His focus is on the idea of creating technical products that can reach a wide mass. Welling has won several design awards including the Bo Bedre Award in Denmark and the Good Design Award in the United States. He has also been nominated for Danish Designer of the Year in both 2013 and 2014.
