Lumiere Nuances Piccola is a new edition of the classic lamp originally designed in 1991 by designer Rodolfo Dordoni for Foscarini. Ever since the lamp was designed for Italian Foscarini, the fixture has remained a modern classic. Now it is available in three new versions where the shade and base are coordinated to create a monochrome lamp. The lamp is made of hand-blown glass with an aluminum base. The three new colors are: Sahara, a warm shade reminiscent of the sands of the desert; Cipria, a charming pink tone; and Creta, a sophisticated green color. Lumiere Nuances is also available in a larger size at Nordiska Galleriet.
Lumiere Nuances Piccola has an LED lightbulb, which means a significant reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional lamps. The lamp also has a dimmer function.
