Ionna Vautrin's childhood was marked by environments where ships and lighthouses were common features, thus the inspiration for this table lamp. The name of the lamp, Binic, is even the name of one of the lighthouses in the village where she grew up. Knowing this, you can immediately associate the light of the lamp with the light emitted by the lighthouses.
