Clessidra 40°+40° is a lighting unit designed by Antonio Citterio for Italian Flos in 2011. The lamps body is made of forged aluminum, the base is made of aluminum with a nylon cover. The lamp is available for both indoor and outdoor use. The right model is made for indoor use and is available in a white lacquered or chrome-plated design. It includes high-efficiency lenses that are designed specifically for indoor use. The power supply has multiple voltages (100-240 V) and is built-into the frame. Clessidra is an attractive option for illuminating halls and outdoor areas and the name means hourglass in Italian, from which Citterio draws his inspiration.
