Biny Table is an updated table lamp from DCW éditions, originally designed by Jacques Biny in 1958. Although the lamp has many years on its neck, it still feels modern today with its robot-like appearance. The Biny Table is made of steel and aluminum and has a unique shade that directs the light. This makes the lamp the perfect lamp for directing a pleasant, soft light in just the right direction. This updated version comes with an integrated, interchangeable LED lightbulb and adjustable shade.

Biny is a lighting collection originally produced in Jacques Biny's own workshop, Luminalite, which he founded in 1955. There he produced modern lighting with emphasis on functionality and with a design that can be described as simple, warm, and attractive. Jacques Biny's quest to improve the lighting of the home was well received and his lamps became popular in Europe and America. Against this backdrop, the DCW éditions group put the Biny Table and the other lamps in the series into production.
