The Archer Pardis Runner was designed by Taher Asad-Bakhtiari for the Italian manufacturer cc-tapis. The arrow-shaped carpet is suitable for corridors, staircases, narrow spaces, or freely placed in an open room. It is made of Himalayan wool and silk and measures 350 x 100 cm. It comes in two different finishes and is also available in the Archer Ziggurat Runner model.
The Archer Pardis Runner is part of a collection that focuses only on leather, inspired by desire, current events, the designer's Persian heritage, and various religious symbols. Asad-Bakhtiari's fascination with arrows and their power is what the collection is built on. He believes the arrow stands for the values and energies, such as desire or love, that one throws into one's life and that they should now become symbols of how to unleash these energies and see them gain momentum.
