PK52A Student Desk - Carl Hansen - Poul Kjærholm - NO GA

PK52A was designed in 1955 by Poul Kjærholm on behalf of the art academy when they needed new tables for both teachers and students. The model PK52A, with its smaller dimensions, was specifically developed for the students and therefore got the nickname Student Desk. At the same time, he developed a larger table for the teachers, which came to be called PK52 Professor Desk. You can find both models with us.

The tabletop for PK52A Student Desk is made of laminated wood, which is then covered with either laminate or oak veneer. Laminate comes with a black and a gray side, allowing you to flip it to use the desired color. Oak veneer is available in a black-lacquered, clear-lacquered, white-oiled, or oiled finish. All tabletops are then combined with a black steel frame. If you want to provide storage options for the PK52A desk, you can purchase the drawer module PK115 separately. This can, in turn, be mounted on both the left and right side.
