The MG501 Cuba Chair Outdoor was designed in 1997 by Morten Gøttler for the brand Carl Hansen & Sun. The armchair is for outdoor use and consists of untreated FSC-certified teak with smooth woven rope. The outdoor chair is recognizable by the modern design as well as the perfect balance between form and function. The design links to previous masters who experimented with elevating the folding chair concept. It has a solid eframe and cotton bands around the frame that create a comfortable seat and backrest with excellent support as they gently follow the contours of the body. This folding armchair is ideal as an extra or permanent seat. Its lightweight and foldable frame can be easily hung on a wall or placed on a floor stand for convenient storage.
