Grand Relax is a lounge chair designed by Antonio Citterio in 2019 for the Vitra brand. The chair has polyurethane foam filling and is upholstered in leather or fabric. The base is rotatable 360 degrees and consists of aluminum that can be chosen in a polished finish or two powder-coated variants. The back and neck cushion are also filled with polyurethane foam and a mixture of goose feathers and down. To maintain the shape of the cushions, it is recommended that they be shaken regularly. Grand Relax is a luxurious lounge chair that combines outstanding comfort and compact dimensions with classic discreet aesthetics. When using the chair, you slowly sink into the cushions, while a hidden integrated mechanism absorbs the weight and moves the chair to a reclining position. The chair also has a control button that can adjust the resistance of the mechanism, and the backrest can also be locked at any angle. The chair also has the Grand Relax Ottoman to match for footrests or additional seating options.
