The Lounge Chair was designed in 1956 by Charles and Ray Eames and is produced by Vitra. The famous armchair was designed with the idea of bringing together ultimate comfort with elegance. The same manufacturing method has largely been used since the mid-1950s, when it began to be produced, and the armchair is considered one of the foremost modern classics among 20th-century furniture design.
