Press Surface is a wall lamp from the Tom Dixon brand. The lamp is made of thick, transparent glass with a lined surface that creates a beautiful detail. The flat glass contributes to the diffusion of light and forms striped patterns. Press Surface is made by dropping solid balls of small glass at 1200 degrees C, which are then pressed into iron moulds under lots of pressure to create extremely high quality lamps. The lamp is IP55 rated, which means it can be used both indoors and outdoors. In the Press series you will also find the Press Sphere Pendant and Press Cone Pendant.
