String Backboard is a part of the independent outdoor shelf from the brand String, designed by Anna von Schewen & Björn Dahlström. The back plate is made of aluzinc steel. The shelf is intended for outdoor use and works equally well on a larger patio as well as a smaller balcony. The shelf is completely freestanding but can also be attached to the base on which it stands. To create a complete section of the free-standing shelf, you need a backboard, two posts and two galvanized floor ends with a height of 85 cm and a depth of 30 cm. If you want to build additional sections, you need an extra post and an extra gable per section. For a combination consisting of three sections, at least one back plate is recommended, preferably placed in the middle. The shelf can also be completed with String Vertical Double Hook and String Vertical Hook.
