Lilla SnÃ¥land Pall was designed by Marie-Louise Hellgren for the Swedish brand Stolab. The pallet is made of solid birch and can be chosen with either natural oil or white oil finish. The three-legged stool is the result of scraps from the production of the seats for the chairs in the Lilla Ãland series. Marie-Louise Hellgren thought about how to make use of these scraps, and from this, the Lilla SnÃ¥land Pall was born. The shape is inspired by the Fibonacci code, which is a sequence of numbers. The Fibonacci also occurs in spiral structures in nature, for example in shells, sunflowers and cones. The number of editions of the stool depends entirely on how many Little Ãlanders are produced.
