The Nohr Filter For Cold Brew from the Stelton brand, offers an efficient way to prepare cold brew coffee, a method with roots in 17th century Japan. Unlike traditional hot water brewing, cold brewing involves allowing coffee and cold water to steep together for a longer period of time. This produces a coffee that is less bitter and sweeter, making it particularly suitable for cold coffee drinks such as iced coffee and coffee shakes.
The filter, in a stylish black metallic finish, is specially developed for use with the Nohr Glass Jug. To use the filter, fill the jug with coffee and cold water, place it in the fridge for 10 - 12 hours, then remove the filter to serve the cold brewed coffee.
