The espresso machine has a high-pressure pump of 19 bar, which is the ideal pressure for a perfect "crema". Together with hot water at the right temperature, it is ensured that the coffee's aromas and flavors emerge in a perfect balance. The capsule holder in the espresso machine has room for 15 capsules. If you use Sjöstrand's capsules filled with 100% organic coffee that are home compostable, you get an environmentally friendly coffee concept. The adjustable drip grid fits large and small cups and can also be placed on a flat surface for macchiato glasses.
