Geode Wall lampa is designed by Jason Miller for Roll & Hill year 2018. Geode is composed of three layers of solid handblown glass that has been carefully cut into a hemisphere. Geode Wall lampa came about after experimenting with working with multiple layers of glass. Viewed from the side, the light from the lamp is reminiscent of a solar flare in different colors. The thick layers of glass give off a soft glow until you see the Geodes in front. Then it lights up like a halo on the wall. The wäer is a circular plate in metallic finish that matches the glass of the lamp.
The lamp comes in three different finishes, pink, cream and black/brown. The lighting that comes with the Geode is an integrated 240V LED bulb.
Today Jason Miller runs the Roll Hill and Jason Miller studio. Miller's work is characterized by simple lines whose form often mirrors pre-existing objects.
