Counterweight is a range of LED luminaires carefully crafted by steaming and bending wood with a brass and marble ballast. The common feature is that the frames for the models in the series are very delicate and are attached to a marble base.

The modern design studio Fort Standard designed the series. Gregory Buntain and Ian Collings founded Fort Standard with the shared vision of always being at the forefront of timelessness and materials. This results in modern and innovative products, including Counterweight.
