The Party is a collection of expressive wall lamps, designed by Kranen/Gille for Moooi. The Party is inspired by an exciting party of five and their strong, captivating characters. The cast ceramic figures reflect our fascination with secrets, dynamics and intrigue. All the family members of The Party have their own history and personality – the self-proclaimed aristocrat, the opportunist, the patriot, the black sheep and the impulsive genius.

The Mayor | The leader of The Party thinks highly of himself and literally sees the world through his monocle. The Mayor has a deeply fascinating and highly controversial personality.

Bert | The dark and scheming member of The Party who is skilled at hiding his emotions. Bert is smart and has great potential, but is blinded by bitterness and jealousy.

Coco | The successful and strong personality in the company. The opportunist Coco has all her life gone her own way, made her own decisions and decided her own destiny.

Glenn | The pedant and patriot in the group The Party who tries to deal with his turbulent youth by seeking answers within different ideologies. Glenn is a seeker, always on a mission, trying to find the light in an existence of constant darkness.

Ted | An impulsive and introverted genius who is The Party's most transparent character. Due to his difficult childhood, Ted has a hard time showing emotions and often makes the wrong decisions - rash and head first.
