Caratos Armchair is a chair designed by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto in 2018. The armchair is a new addition to the Caratos furniture series, characterised by its straight, geometric shapes with a light frame in cast aluminium. The new products have a softer look with their rounded shapes but at the same time retain the original design. The Caratos Armchair has a rounded backrest that gives shape to an armrest, creating a relaxed comfort without any restrictions and inviting conversation. The base can be chosen in stone or graphite color and the seat and backrest are upholstered with polyurethane foam and come in leather. The leather is not removable.
