Crêpe Pan/Pancake Pan is designed by the French family business Mauviel. It is a quality crêpe pan and pancake pan made of the lighter material of sheet iron. The pan heats up quickly and holds the heat well so that your thin pancakes or crispy crepes can be fried to perfection. The pan is treated with beeswax to protect against rust. So rinse thoroughly before first use. We also recommend covering the bottom with a tasteless oil, such as rapeseed oil, and heating it for about five minutes before use. Then cool down the pan and wipe with paper towels. It now has a thin protective layer that will only get better with time.
