Santorini Pendant Lamp is a pendant lamp designed year 2018 by Sputnik Estudio for Marset. The lamp is made of a glass dome that is fitted into the polycarbonate luminaire. The Santorini Pendant Lamp is held in a black textile cord and the lampshades are available in four different colors.
When Sputnik Estudio designed the Santorini Pendant Lamp, they were inspired by the lamps on fishing vessels. Initially only outdoor lamps were produced, but four years later the Santorini Pendant Lamp was launched and is the first lamp in the series to be designed for indoor use. The shape is the same, but some details have been changed to match the lamps designed for outdoor use. For example, Marset has opted for a darker color palette and textile cable that fits in well with the modern home.
