Discocó 68 Wood - Pendant Lamp is a pendant lamp designed by Christophe Mathieu year 2018 for Marset. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the original Discocó lamp, a new pendant lamp has now been produced in a new finish, oak. Like the original, the Discoc 68 Wood Pendant Lamp is made from 35 panels, but in this case from pressed American oak. These are housed in a basket treated with a nickel and graphite finish. This new version is an homage to the original, but still retains the dramatic play of light and shadow of the original version. The result is a very welcoming light.

The quality and comfort of the fine American oak is unmatched. But developing the Discocó 68 Wood - Pendant Lamp was a challenge because it was difficult to make the wood appear lightweight. This version is only available in this size, but the original version of the Discocó is available in several different sizes and shapes.
