Ploum Sofa is a series of sofas designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for Ligne Roset in 2011. Ploum is the result of much research on comfort and is composed of two materials that offer generous space and a high level of comfort. The asymmetrical design with a higher back and deeper seat on one side of the sofa allows for a number of positions to be taken. The seat of the largest model is designed with a slightly closed angle that encourages close contact and conversation. The Ploum Sofa was designed for a modern lifestyle where flexibility of use and comfort are essential to match all the tasks of everyday life.
