24 Karat Blau Floor is a floor lamp designed by designer Axel Schmid for Ingo Maurer. The lamp consists of thin gold plates handmade in Japan with a unique process where the thin gold plates are cast in acrylic. The thin shells have four drill holes each and can thus be hung on the metal rods of the lamp at different angles. Cable and metal rods come in a nice red.
24 Karat Blau Floor is part of the 24 Karat Blau series together with 1000 Karat Blau, 24 Karat Blau T, 24 Karat Blau M, 24 Karat Blau Wall and 24 Karat Blau. All lamps in the collection have a warm and pleasant light. The lamps are ideal for living rooms, dining rooms and even restaurants and bars thanks to their exclusive appearance.
