Ichendorf Milano

Ichendorf Milano is an Italian brand founded in the 20th century in the small town of Quadrath-Inchendorf outside Cologne. But since 1990, Ichendorf Milano's design studio has been based in Milan, where the brand has grown to become one of Italy's top glass manufacturers. The brand was born out of the idea of highlighting stylish shapes and the purity of materials. This was done by using a mixture of substances, including silica, in the manufacture of glass. The new technology, which many glassmakers in the village began to use, made it possible to create and shape objects that could meet the design trends of the time.
