Designed by Finnish designer Yrjö Kukkapuro in 1982, the Experiment Chair from HEM has become an icon of 80s design. The chair combines ergonomic functionalism with a postmodern design language. It has been updated with new upholstery options and minor size adjustments to meet today's needs. The decorative armrests have been retained. Kukkapuro wanted to integrate art into functionalism and create a chair that appeals to both romantic and practical needs.
