GamFratesi has designed the tasteful Silhouette 2 Seater - Cognac Piping sofa for HAY. The sofa is a stylish combination of clean lines and soft cushions with an elegant contrasting seam of leather in cognac brown. The sofa's thin shell is made of molded, upholstered Plexiglas filled with large back cushions and two smaller cushions next to the armrest. The sofa's cushions are comfortably filled with feathers and foam, while the generous seat is made of PU foam. HAY offers several types of upholstery to choose from. There are fabrics and leathers in various colors and textures, all of which can be tastefully combined with the slender legs in oak or steel in different veneers. GamFratesi, consisting of Danish Stine Gam and Italian Enrico Fratesi, was founded in 2006. The design duo's products represent the process and technique that created them and are a constant exploration of the place between harmony and chaos. Contrasts are often at the center and the duo likes to take everyday situations as a starting point. GamFratesi has, among other things, won the Finn Juhl Prize in 2015 for their design, which is a modern interpretation of when Danish and international design traditions meet.
