Koku is designed in a design collaboration between the Fogia brand and the Danish design studio Norm Architects. The inspiration for the design language of the coffee table arose during a study visit to the Japanese island of Shikoku, a trip made to study the work of the American-Japanese architect, designer and craftsman George Nakashima. Even the name is taken from this island. The coffee table is made of solid oak.
