The POC Wire Skimmer is a slotted ladle in stainless steel from the French brand Cristel. The slotted ladle has a wide range of uses and can be used, for example, to pour rice or vegetables, but is specially designed to facilitate deep-frying. The POC collection, which includes the slotted spoon, is an acronym for "petits outsils de cuisine" which translates to "small kitchen utensils".
