The POC Citrus Press from the French brand Cristel is part of the POC collection, whose name is an acronym for "petits outils de cuisine", which translates to "small kitchen utensils". The POC Citrus Press is made of stainless steel and makes it easy to squeeze the juice from lemons, oranges and other citrus fruits. The small holes in the lid allow the juice to flow into the container and separate from the pulp and seeds.
