The BM4570 Dining Chair is an outdoor chair designed for the garden and patio by Carl Hansen & Søn, created by Børge Mogensen as part of The Deck Series. In addition to the dining chair, the outdoor furniture series also includes matching dining tables, stools, lounge chairs, side tables, and two wall brackets. What characterizes them all is the simple design language and a foldable function that allows them to be hung on the wall with the help of the series' brackets. Carl Hansen & Søn manufactures the BM4570 chair in solid teak. Like the other outdoor furniture, the teak for the chair comes from FSC-certified forestry, and they have also chosen to forgo surface treatment. Teak ages in a beautiful way, as its original light character gradually shifts towards an almost silver-gray shade over time. This is combined with details in stainless steel. Specifically, the BM4570 Dining Chair has also been upholstered with a fabric seat in the Heritage Papyrus 18006 textile.
