Asserbo backrest, part of Børge Mogensen's Shaker-inspired Asserbo series from Carl Hansen & Søn, is designed for the series bench. The furniture series was designed in 1961 for the Danish designer's own holiday home. The rounded backrest in solid, dark oiled FSC®-certified eucalyptus with visible brass screws mounts to the wall to provide back support when seated. The backrest combines durability and aesthetics, making it ideal for both home use and public settings. It complements the bench perfectly and contributes to creating a coherent and harmonious interior.
