Fato is a multifunctional lamp designed in 1969 by Gio Ponti for Italian Artemide. Fato is created in a geometric design with square shapes that hide the LED light source, creating an effective play of light and shadow. The lamp can be used as a wall or table lamp and becomes a work of art in itself. Fato is made of steel and is available in two colors, white or gold. The lamp provides a soft, indirect light, which is suitable as mood lighting in, for example, a living room or hall. Light source not included.
